Unable to access device attributes on some Tuya devices

Hi all,
I am having some issues at the moment with some Tuya devices.
I have quite a number of them configured and they are all synchronised into Apilio and are for the most part working well.
I’m trying to read some of the device attributes such as “switch LED” to determine if a bulb is on/off or “fault status” for a dehumidifier to indicate that the tank is full.
What I’m seeing is that some bulbs will have these attribute variables (such as {{bv-53735}}) available whereas another identical make and model of bulb that I have setup does not.
If I try to enable any attribute on these I get an Apilio error (see attached).

Another example is with two identical Tuya-enabled dehumidifiers. One is showing all of its device attributes whereas the other is not. And when I try to add the attribute that’s not showing I get an Apilio error.

Has anyone else seen this or is there an integration error with Tuya for some devices?

Thanks!
Joe

Hello @joe.ferris,

this sounds as if there is a bug in the synchronisation.
Can you contact us via chat to name one of the devices so we can have a look?

Sure, no problem.
Thanks

We had to make an update to make this work, because the attribute used an uncommon data type thatt was not yet supported by Apilio.
