That’s always a bit difficult to say without trying, because it depends on the manufacturer to implement it “right”.
Most devices work to be used in a condition.
You probably can’t send a direct command from Apilio (actions in Apilio are currently limited to on/off and are made for bulbs and switches). But if you can create a Tap-to-Run routine in the Tuya app that does what you need, you can trigger that Tap-toRun routine from Apilio.

We have it on our roadmap to make our actions more configurable and generic, so that we can offer to change any device from Apilio directly.
