Philips Hue outdoor sensor not showing after device sync

I suppose the answer to this is Philips haven’t enabled it but any idea why the PIR devices don’t show in the Philips device sync @pebneter ?

The reason there are no Philips input devices is that the old API did not offer event notification. The only way to get a sensor status would be via polling.
I checked the Philips Hue developer and there might be a new event stream (not yet available in the cloud): https://developers.meethue.com/develop/hue-api-v2/migration-guide-to-the-new-hue-api/#Event%20Stream

If you had Apple HomeKit, you could trigger an Apilio variable from it.
