Order of logic block evaluation

I have 2 logic blocks that trigger when a particular variable changes value. Is there any way to specify which logic block will be evaluated first?

It is not possible to specify that at the moment, but the order would always be the same.
So you can setup two Logicblocks, check which one is triggered first and then configure the first/second according to your needs.
