Apilio suffered from an incident from 17:20 to 18:10 UTC. The web configuration app and the (legacy) webhooks API were affected. Automations using the direct IFTTT integration were not affected according to our logs. We have investigated the incident and found the root cause to be as follows:
The outage was caused by an outage at our platform service provider and we are looking at ways to improve the visibility of such incidents (even though we do not expect a professional service provider to suffer them).
