Small change to how you get help with Apilio: the live chat button in the corner of the web app is gone. Support now runs through email and this community.
How to reach us now
- A specific problem with your account, or a bug? Use the Contact Apilio link at the bottom of the left navigation bar
- A “how do I automate this?” question, or a feature idea? Post it here in the community, where other users often chime in before we do
There’s nothing you need to do, and if you had a chat conversation open with us, we still have it and will follow up by email.
Your logicblocks, devices, connections and notifications are all untouched. This only removes the chat bubble.
