We have had a few people request this! 
They would like to set a condition that is for example 30 minutes before sunset at their preferred location, so the lights in the house can turn on automagically when it starts to get dark.
The current workaround is to choose as your preferred location a place in the World where the Sun sets a little bit earlier.
