Can you make IFTTT applets for Magic Hue to reflect what I already have

btw. I think I figured out how to publish applet as a Pro user: If I open this link (replace the username with yours) https://platform.ifttt.com/p/pebneter/applets/private I can publish private applets to be public.
I tried that it wont let me. So i followed the URL and the first thing i get is this https://platform.ifttt.com/
It is more for companies like Apilio who connect to IFTTT as a service, unless i missed something.
